Revenue Analyst
Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN), a Community-Based Wraparound provider of Social and Mental Health services with emphasis on treating the client in a family context, is currently seeking innovative and experienced applicants to fill a Full-Time Revenue Analyst position.
The Revenue Analyst is an accounting position that will serve as the liaison between accounting and programs to ensure that program leadership receives consistent and appropriate information that are crucial to the effective operations of each individual program. This position will assist with grant reporting and general ledger review. Will promote the philosophy and mission of the agency by performing the following duties.
The annual salary range is $50,000 to $55,000. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and manage billing processes for all contracts and grants, including key accounts such as Community Foundation and government funding sources.
- Serve as internal lead on ICAN contracts, managing the billing cycle, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
- Act as a back-up for contract billing responsibilities and managed care billing processes, to ensure continuity and accuracy in accounts receivable.
- Process all accounts receivable entries, ensuring timely recording of incoming funds.
- Lead quarterly Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reviews and generate reports to maintain up-to-date AR status.
- Manage revenue payer sheets and coordinate quarterly reviews to ensure consistency in revenue reporting.
- Oversee the tracking and reporting of revenue from Square transactions for ICAN’s programs, including Square, as well as sales tax compliance.
- Count and report cash from transactions, ensuring accurate deposit and reconciliation
- Process all electronic incoming funds, entering them accurately into ICAN’s financial systems (e.g., FundEZ).
- Enter all deposits, maintaining an organized and up-to-date record of all cash and electronic transactions for ICAN.
- Ensure alignment between AWARDS (EHR) accounts receivable (AR) and FundEZ for consistent revenue tracking and reporting.
- Take ownership of data integrity and reconciliations across financial systems, flagging discrepancies and implementing solutions for reconciliation.
- Pull and analyze AR aging reports quarterly, preparing detailed summaries for finance leadership.
- Support the finance team by preparing detailed revenue reports, helping to identify trends, risks, and areas for revenue optimization.
- Additional duties may be assigned, on an as needed basis.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, in Accountancy or a Business-related degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in financial or revenue analysis, billing, or accounts receivable management.
- Should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe PDF, ADP Payroll, internet and cloud-based software and Fund EZ (preferred).
