    Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN), a Community-based Wraparound provider of Social and Mental Health services with an emphasis on treating the client in a family context, is currently seeking innovative and experienced applicants to fill a Full-Time SNUG Program Manager position.     The SNUG Program Manager supervises staff, oversees the overall coordination of the model's core components, and works with other community organizations and individuals on the anti-violence strategies. The Program Manager is expected to liaise with the Utica Police Department to receive monthly information, data and updates as needed. The Program Manager adheres to and promotes the philosophy and mission of the company by performing the following duties.

    Hours will vary based on the needs of the program. Shifts may include evenings and weekends and a variation of the following shifts: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, and 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

    Salary: Annual Salary: $66,300
    This salary is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.

    • Oversees and assists SNUG Team with coordinated shooting response. Manages incident reporting, violent incident flow chart and organizing initial response, including staff assignments.
    • Monitors required shooting statistics to ensure accuracy with program data.
    • Responsible for once a week conduct supervision with the Outreach Worker Supervisor (OWS).
    • Conducts required staff meetings.
    • Spends at least four hours per week with OWS in the field. Takes note of individual employee performance and document for future follow up.
    • Conducts monthly meetings with the law enforcement and crime analysis liaison. Prepares information needed to share with program staff and DCJS.
    • Attends monthly meetings with the DCJS SNUG Director and the SNUG Training Director.
    • Enters the required data into the DCJS Grant Management System.
    • Reviews budget for accuracy in conjunction with Director of Transitional Services.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of experience and education preferred.
    • Direct experience working with high-risk individuals in the community.
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
    • Valid NYS driver's license is required
