What We Do
Since 1997, ICAN has helped children, individuals, and families navigate challenges that affect their health, stability, and well-being. Through more than 20 programs and services, we provide support ranging from mental and behavioral health care to housing assistance, parenting resources, and community-based services.
How We Do It
We meet people where they are: at home, in school, and throughout their communities. Guided by our Wraparound philosophy, we bring families, providers, and community partners together to create individualized plans built around each person’s strengths, needs, and goals. Because lasting change starts with listening, not one-size-fits-all solutions.

Stable Housing
A Safe Place to Begin Again
Everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Yet for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability, finding that stability can feel out of reach.
Through programs like Evelyn’s House, Street Outreach, and Family Housing Solutions coming soon to Rome, ICAN connects people with safe housing, essential resources, and the guidance needed to build independent, sustainable futures.
71% of families exiting Evelyn’s House successfully transitioned to stable housing in 2025.

ICAN provides individualized care that helps young people manage emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence. Working alongside families in homes, schools, and communities, we help children find stability and feel more connected to the people around them.
95% of youth enrolled in ICAN’s SPIN program remained in their homes and avoided a higher level of care.
