Meet Our New Staff
As summer winds down our team continues its growth. Our new staff were recently trained in what makes ICAN a great place to work and how that helps us in our mission of Keeping Families Together. We can’t wait to see what they have to add to our “family”!

Samantha Childs
Community Based Support Specialist
Samantha enjoys staycations and being close to home or within a few hours. She has way too many tumblers, blankets and craft supplies she says will use but never will. Her family includes her kids, dogs, cat, gargoyle gecko, friends and extended family.
Kasie Couser
Adult Care Coordinator
Kasie is a third generation firefighter, competes in live skeet competitions and she loves anything and everything to do with horror or Halloween. She knows that family is who means the most to you regardless of who they are, human or animal.
Jennifer Dolan
Quality Improvement Specialist
Jenn is a proud girl mom, a huge Gilmore Girl fan and a Swifitie and would live off ice cream if she could. Her family is her one year old daughter, with another daughter on the way, her husband, a dog, named Jeter and a cat, named Bella.
Brandi Halso
Adult Care Coordinator
Brandi enjoys reading, thrifting, and baking. She has six children and will have been married for 21 years this December!
Jessica Hoffman
Quality Improvement Specialist
Jessica has hiked glaciers in Alaska and recently learned the skill of macrame. Her family includes her two teenage boys, a freshman and a senior, her husband, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and a flock of chickens.
Christina Hoke
Peer Support Specialist
Christina was an exceptional volunteer for the CNY Chapter of The American Red Cross. She loves helping others see the best in themselves and she utilizes learned coping skills to overcome anxieties daily. She considers family to be those most supportive of her and her goals, regardless of blood relation.
Melissa Joy
Healthy Families Resource and Support Specialist
Melissa is white and South Asian, she describes herself as an ambivert (introverted and extroverted) and loves tattoos and spooky things. Her family is her cats, close friends, and partners.
Erin Kelley
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Erin loves the outdoors, camping, and animals of all kinds. She has raised bees, chickens, geckos, and snakes in addition to her cat and dog. Her family consists of her son and a large extended family.
Adrienne Mingle
Youth Care Coordinator
Adrienne enjoys crafting, spending time with family, friends, fur babies and the Buffalo Bills!! Her family includes her boyfriend, two “step kids”, a dog, a cat and lots of extended family.
Jessica Perez
Family Service Coordinator
Jessica starts her day with 15 minutes of meditation and reflects on the day by journaling every evening. She loves reading philosophical and self development books. To her, family is anyone who supports her, helps her grow, and accepts her for who she is.
Alex Restina
Healthy Families Program Supervisor
Alex has taught reproductive health and HIV/AIDs prevention in Tanzania. She worked for a Latin Dance company and loves Halloween. Her family includes her parents, siblings, cousins, friends, and cat.
Dane Robinson
Street Outreach Worker
Dane has a self described music and film obsession and he plays multiple instruments. He thinks Philip Seymour Hoffman is the greatest actor ever and he will try anything once. His family includes his mother and stepfather, his fiance and stepchildren and his cat, Maya.
Kimberly Sanders
Care Management Supervisor
Kim will be celebrating her 20th wedding anniversary this November! She loves jam bands like the Grateful Dead, Phish and String Cheese. She has 16 chickens, 2 dogs, 2 cats. She considers her family to include her closest friends in addition to her husband, son and animals!
