Elyssa Bolt - Street Outreach Worker
She/Her
Elyssa lived in China for three years, during which she learned to read Chinese characters to proficiency. She sea kayaked in Vietnam, went to a hockey game at the Pyeong Chang Olympics, rode a camel in the Gobi and a yak in Tibet, and traveled from Shanghai to the Silk Road, from the southern jungles to the Amur River border with Russia. She has climbed the highest mountains in Ireland, Scotland, and Arizona. She has also "reverse climbed" to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. She plays cello and can play most Christmas carols and the entire Lord of the Rings soundtrack without sheet music. 

Deanna Cavoly - Cleaning Staff

Deanna is self motivated, caring and independent and loves classic rock - especially The Eagles and Journey. 

Jennifer Dolan - Youth Care Coordinator
She/Her
Jennifer oves outdoor adventures with her dog and she is ddicted to coffee and “all things dessert”!

Nicole Eschler - Healthy Families Montgomery & Schoharie County Program Manager
She/Her
Nicole is a JESUS Girl! She is a fitness instructor and her favorite class to teach is Turbo because she loves to dance! She is most at peace when she is at her camp. 

Seth Etman - Finance Department Manager
He/Him
Seth has lived in four states within the Northeast, he enjoys all things LEGO related and loves to do puzzles.

Courteney Fiorenza - Family Service Coordinator, Kids Oneida
She/Her
Courtney has read 57 Stephen King books and plans to read his whole collection. 
Her favorite TV show is The Office and she has an extra vertebrae in her back.

Eric is athletically gifted, a born leader and adventure is his calling.

Al is a social person, a team player and he smiles ALL. THE. TIME!!!

Sheila Gorton - Youth ACT Licensed Social Worker
She/Her
Sheila has played softball since she was nine, competitively until she was about 20 and now mostly for fun. She has been to Los Angeles and San-Diego and her first concert was Backstreet Boys. 

Shawna Jones - Community Based Support Specialist, SPIN
She/Her
Shawna is a Harry Potter fanatic, is a gamer and has been singing since first grade

Crystal Lewandrowski - Senior Accountant
She/Her
Crystal was a volunteer Ambulance Corp member for three years, lived in Georgia for eight years and her favorite movie is Dirty Dancing. 

Manda Lynch - Community Based Support Specialist
She/Her
Manda plays pro football, loves Jeopardy and loves doing makeup! 

Angel Martinez - SNUG Outreach Supervisor
He/Him
Angel is a father of four. He owns his own Mascot Party Entertainment Business – Birthday Buddies. He also loves giving back to his community through toy drives, back to school giveaways and more. 

Mirela Noti - Executive Assistant
She/Her
Mirela is a HUGE K-Pop, K-Drama and K-Beauty fan. She has watched over 200 K-Dramas in the past three years. She also LOVEEEEs shoes, especially when she finds an amazing pair on sale. Her role model and fashion role model is and always will be Fran Drescher from The Nanny. She learned both German and English by watching her show.

Erica Piazza - Youth ACT Licensed Social Worker
She/Her
Erica was a world traveler for ten years and she traveled on one of the most dangerous roads of the world. She is also trained as a Reiki Master.

Marielsy Polanco - Adult Care Coordinator
She/Her
Marielsy loves to travel and explore new places. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She loves to be around family as well as being a mother to her daughter.

Ryan Schmadel - Assistant Sports Manager at Elevate CNY

Ryan owns a landscaping business, he won a basketball state championship in high school and his favorite food is chicken wings. 

MacKenzie Smaldon - Adult Care Coordinator
She/Her
MacKenzie is a United States Army Veteran. She met her husband through her son on a first grade field trip to the Syracuse Zoo. She prefers bonfires with friends over bars with strangers.

Mamie Smith - TORCH Facilitator
She/Her
Mamie loves to decorate for parties, making chocolate dipped pretzels and strawberries for family and friends. She also loves bugging (love spending time with them) the heck out of her kids and seeing them try to not get frustrated! Little mommy payback!! 

Gabrielle Taverne - Human Resources Manager
She/Her
Gabrielle played softball for 20+ years and have been coaching it for the last six years. She loves to cook – it's one of her passions and her biggest inspiration is Anthony Bourdain. She is also obsessed with plants and currently has 27 of them in her apartment (and plans to bring home many more, even though she’s running out of space for them all!) 

Christopher Thornton - Adult Care Coordinator

Christopher has been to over 100 concerts and music festivals. He was a DJ for 25 years and his favorite cuisine is Italian.
