Corporate Compliance Program
Program Overview
ICAN respects and protects our colleagues and service recipients and is fully committed to complying with local, state, and federal compliance laws and regulations.
It's strongly encouraged to all of our employees to report any issues they witness or suspect are an ethical violation or a violation of our policy.
Reportable issue may include
- Any HR-related concerns, including potentially inappropriate conduct of an ICAN employee, volunteer or contractor.
- Potentially improper billing practices.
- Potential violations patient rights and confidentiality laws.
- Suspected health care fraud, abuse and waste.
- Issues regarding Code of Conduct or Compliance with ICAN's policies and procedures.
Reporting Compliance Concerns
You can report your concerns through our 24/7 hotline or by email. These are secure and confidential reporting channels managed by the Compliance Officer. All reports are confidential and the identity of the caller will remain anonymous.
When reporting a concern in good faith, you will be protected by ICAN's Non-Retaliation Policy.
When contacting or reporting any compliance-related issues or concerns, please include the following information:
- Name of program(s) or person(s) about which or whom there is a concern.
- Date or timeframes when the incident(s) or issue(s) allegedly occurred.
- Detailed description of the incident(s) or issue(s).
