Anita Taylor Named Employee of the Year

We are so happy to announce that our Youth ACT Administrative Assistant, Anita Taylor has been named our 2025 Employee of the Year through NYS Coalition of Children’s Behavioral Health Coalition

Over the past four years she has exemplified what it truly means to go above and beyond in every aspect of her role. Anita is the backbone of the office—keeping operations running smoothly, supporting colleagues with professionalism and warmth, and anticipating needs before they arise. She consistently delivers exceptional work with precision, organization, and care, often taking on additional responsibilities without hesitation.   

Whether managing multiple projects, or ensuring that every detail is handled flawlessly, Anita approaches each task with a positive attitude and a deep commitment to excellence. She not only meets expectations but consistently exceeds them—often going the extra mile to help others succeed. Beyond her daily role, what truly sets her apart is her genuine dedication to the team and agency. She fosters a welcoming environment, boosts morale, and serves as a reliable resource for everyone.
