Meet Our New Staff

Say hello to our newest group of teammates! This time we have a first generation college graduate, sports fans, poets and musicians. We love the diversity of people’s hobbies and backgrounds and are happy when our staff shares them with us - so we can share them with you.

Michelle Amo
Street Outreach Worker

Michelle has once walked in the shoes of the people she is helping and has a very big heart. She loves to assist people in any way she can. Her family is her husband, three children (all girls) and a grandson, who she feels is her greatest accomplishment!

Shannon Gates
Healthy Families Resource and Support Specialist

Shannon loves dogs and will never be without at least one. Her favorite place in the United States is Charleston, South Carolina. Her family isn’t just her husband and her dog – she includes her best friends and extended family.

Baylee Matt
Behavior Specialist

Baylee’s hobby is photography and she is hoping to have her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis this summer! Her and her siblings went 1, 2, 3 - her brother, then twins (including her) and then triplets. Besides her siblings, her family extends to anyone who puts special effort into one another in equal ways and by effort she means the want or need to support and be there for each other.

Rivka McDaniel
Residence Counselor

Rivka had a poem published when she was seven years old, she plays three instruments (violin, piano and guitar) and loves to read. Her family is her daughter, Aura, her partner, Nigel and cat, Ibiza

Aryn Monaghan
System of Care Outreach Coordinator

Aryn was able to go to Paris this summer right before the Olympics! She has twins (one boy and one girl) and is from the same hometown as Lucille Ball. Her family is her husband and children.

Roberto Torralba-Bonilla
Behavior Specialist

Roberto is a first generation college graduate, who is originally from Mexico! He is from the Bronx and played soccer in college. He considers the community he was raised in to be his family.

Justin Williams
Revenue Analyst

Justin loves all aspects of sports including watching, playing and even collecting memorabilia. He loves cars and has some older projects he is working on and used to be a tutor. His family is his mom and his brothers who are his best friends!
