Donna Migliaccio, Director of the Utica Children's Museum, graduated in July from the popular and impactful CLE program.

In the year long program, participants get to view the Mohawk Valley in ways they never had the opportunity to do before. They investigate important local issues and opportunities to gain a greater appreciation of the interconnectedness of the area’s businesses, and non-profit and governmental organizations. They meet the innovators and influencers from the area and get a behind-the-scenes look at the remarkable work they are doing to change the landscape of our region.
Donna shares her experience with CLE:

"Being a part of this program during a pandemic was much like everything else during a pandemic...a huge learning experience. The point of difference however, was that my class got to experience the level of commitment not only by the CLE staff, but also the speakers and presenters that filled our Zoom screens month after month. Seeing the willingness of so many community leaders, educators and innovators who were still able to give their time during a time of crisis, truly demonstrated their level of commitment to our region, as well as their passion for the work they do everyday. Although my fellow classmates and I were only able to meet face-to-face at the very end, we did in fact make connections and develop bonds that by far makes LMV Class of 2021 "Virtually the BEST Class EVER"!
