The work done by our agency is genuinely impressive, and how they treat their employees is exceptional.
What is your favorite part of the day at work?
My favorite part of my job is helping and conversing with our staff when needed.
How do you spend your time outside of ICAN?
I'm a HUGE K-pop and K-drama fan and have watched over 300 K-dramas (in 4 years) thus far :)

Year started at ICAN: 2022 It's been the best workplace experience for me, one year and 8 months and counting.
Why do you love working at ICAN?
I enjoy working at ICAN because the organization allows me to express myself freely. My unique personality and talents are appreciated. It feels like a second home to me. I enjoy listening to soft music, tending to my plants, and filling the air with sweet aromas of wax melts. Overall, working at ICAN radiates good vibes.
What is your favorite part of the day at work?
My favorite part of the day is making someone smile or laugh.
How do you spend your time outside of ICAN?
When I'm not working, I love to dance and feel the energy of my Zumba instructor, Sista Teoka, and my Zumba Family. I adore swimming, especially in the ocean, but the MVCC pool is an excellent alternative if that's not available. Most of all, I cherish spending time with my grandbabies, hugging, kissing, and dancing. My granddaughters Ayani and Aviva are particularly special to me. At home, I enjoy planting flowers and taking care of plants, both inside my office and home and outside in my prayer garden.

Why do you love working at ICAN?
I enjoy working at ICAN, mainly because of the staff. I love talking to everyone and getting to know them better. The employers are very understanding regarding your personal and family life, which is very important. After all, family should always come first, primarily when you work at a place that deals with families. I also take pleasure in assisting our clients whenever possible.
What is your favorite part of the day at work?
My favorite part of the day is arriving at work in the morning and greeting everyone to see how they are doing.
How do you spend your time outside of ICAN?
As most know, I am a family person, so I am open to anything that has to do with my husband and kids. I also love to read (especially biographies - I can't tell you how many I have read), color, cook, bake (I always wanted to own my bake shop), car shows, air shows, and am always up for new adventures.

Why do you love working at ICAN?
I love working at ICAN because it doesn't feel like work. When you genuinely enjoy what you do and have inspiring colleagues around you, it's effortless to wake up every day and go to work. I have never worked for an agency that cares as much about its employees as ICAN does.
What is your favorite part of the day at work?
My favorite part of the workday is when I get to interact with the staff. It could be assisting them with orders, answering their questions, reserving rooms, or having a friendly chat while they enter or exit the building. It always brings a smile to my face. We have a great work family down here in Herkimer!
How do you spend your time outside of ICAN?
I spend my free time being a mom to my two beautiful daughters and playing with my puppy, Barkley.

I love the positive and motivating environment it provides me to work in!
What is your favorite part of the day at work?
My favorite part of the day is the morning! Everyone is always in such good spirits and welcoming, no matter your title! It's a great way to start your day and guarantee the rest of the day goes smoothly!
How do you spend your time outside of ICAN?
When I am not working, I spend all my time with my family! We are all big foodies, so we enjoy eating or getting together at my home to cook together inside or outside, depending on the weather!
